Sony Entertainment Television premieres Season Two of the smart, sexy and action-packed drama series Leverage, proving that sometimes it pays to be good. Starring Oscar® winner Timothy Hutton (Ordinary People), Gina Bellman (Coupling), Christian Kane (Into the West), Aldis Hodge (Friday Night Lights) and Beth Riesgraf (Alvin and the Chipmunks), this fast-paced feel-good series follows the exploits of a motley crew of modern-day Robin Hoods on a mission to protect those unfairly treated by the powerful and wealthy.

As the new season kicks off, Nate, a reformed alcoholic, tries and fails to restart his insurance career and become a law-abiding citizen, but becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a bank whistleblower and his daughter. Reluctantly agreeing to reassemble his team of career criminals for a final con, they set out once again to bring to justice those operating above the law, while managing to have a lot of illegal fun in the process. Soon the team is back in full swing with a raft of further cons including staging the outbreak of a deadly virus at a hospital, exposing a heartless tabloid newscaster and taking down an unscrupulous diamond merchant.

Season Two is of this stylish series is once again executive-produced by John Rogers (Cosby) and Dean Devlin, who co-wrote and produced the movies Godzilla, Independence Day and Stargate.
