Programme Synopsis
Grammy Award-winning music artist LL Cool J, also known as James Todd Smith, and Emmy Award-winner Debbie Allen star in the delightful family comedy series In The House.
After her husband abandons her, once-wealthy socialite Jackie Warren (Allen--Fame) gets a grueling job with a demanding attorney (Lisa Arrindell) and rents a modest house from former super athlete Marion Hill (Smith). There's only one problem--Marion, who's short of cash, must live there, too.
While Marion trains for a comeback, he also looks after Jackie's overly dramatic teenage daughter (Maia Campbell) and brainy young son (Jeffery Wood) who both like Marion a lot more than Jackie does.
Will Jackie quit her job? Will Marion resume his career? Will this unique family learn to survive together? No matter what happens, there's never a dull moment In The House.
